About the Role

About You

  • Previous experience in purchasing, stock control and stock management in a food and beverage/hospitality environment
  • Good working knowledge of food safety, general WHS requirements and manual handling
  • Experience using Inventory Management Systems
  • Good Guest service skills and able to develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • You will be an excellent problem solver, can demonstrate a flexible, cooperative attitude
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role which will involve walking, pushing, pulling and lifting
  • Be prepared to work in an outdoor environment, in all weathers, in a role that requires substantial walking in a workplace that contains animals including birds and reptiles
  • Flexible and availability to work across weekends (1 weekend per month)
